问一个网络问题

我上一个website，即使没有用用户名登陆，网络管理员也可以看到我的IP地址吧。是不是once I get on it, 网络管理员 can see me right away or it has a little bit time delay..like a couple seconds ...  or it has record on the server even I stay a short time...just curious
