请帮忙解决update问题

我的Windows 8.1现装有photoshop cs5 with camera raw 6.3,我想update camera raw version. 我到help -> updates.
屏幕现视如下。

The update server is not responding. The server might be offline temporaily, or the internet or fire settings may  be incorrect. Please try again later. Error Code: U41M1C212

我google一下，找到一个解决方案
1.open newwork and sharing center
2.click chang adapter settings
3.right click the microsoft virtual wifi miniport adapter, and click disable
4. open adobe reader and help > check for update

我的问题是到第三步，disable adapter, 那怎么能够update呢? 万分感谢！
