怎么做一个自己的win7系统恢复盘？

我的思路是手动或是利用answer file安装win7,首次启动时ctl+shift+F3进入audit mode； 安装驱动；然后sysprep /oobe， 不选generalize (觉得这样会保留已经安装的驱动）； 关机；用win PE 启动，用imageX提取系统镜像install.wim;用这个install.wim替换win7 installation cd中原有的同名文件；刻盘，完毕。

这样做倒是基本成功，win7安装完成后所有的硬件都会被认出。可是有两点很不爽，1. 安装过程不能无人值守。2.没有实现开机自动激活win7。利用answer file可以倒是可以实现，可是需要一个flash drive来存储answer file。我就试着把做好的answer file比如unattend.xml放到win7 installation cd的根目录，然后刻盘，进行测试。结果这个新光盘竟然都启动不了机器了，更不用说安装。我有试着把answer file拷到c:\windows\system32\sysprep\panther,然后在sysprep的时候加入：

sysprep /oobe /unattend:unattend.xml

但是好像啥反应都没有，用这样sysprep之后的镜像重新安装的时候还是要手动参与。
