1) low noise: most of today's desktop meet that
2) 4 display: need two extra cards, so you won't find anything small
3) see 2), you will see at least mATX size, not full tower size
4) beauty looking: you can't ask for everything, right?!
You can look for XPC since you are looking for 4K, or $800 HP would do. I don't like Dell. My 2006 XPC can do 4 display, very small in size and quiet and very much good looking, well.

5) for your application, 90% of any kind of desktop today would do.
6) don't feel slow in 5 years: That is a mission impossible. There will be none.
7) for 1G ppt: you may need to consider reducing your presentation. Nothing would worth that much of data. Force yourself to cut down to 200MB. It is "power" point, not "every" point after all.
8) you won't need a station. wonder what kind of station will support your word and ppt need.
