为何这款Asus Memory=6GB，Hard Drive=640GB，但价格便宜？

我在加拿大，想买Laptop给老爸，主要就是上网速度快，没有其他要求。预算=400-500，这款内存/硬盘都很大，不知速度怎样？各位有什么推荐？万分感谢在先。
