The old version is free of charge. The new version support DVD might need registration. In the software, there are some default template that you can select. I am using the NTSC VCD template for USA and Canada. It works fine. However, you might need a high performance to do the rendering. It might take an hour with a 3.0G P4 with 1G of memory.
