请问IPKall要怎么设置到PAP2？SS挂了，怎样才能继续用GV拨打美国国内电话不限时

看了几篇新的post，是用GV-> IPKall -> ATA（DDNS），请问要怎么设置？

另外，SS挂了几天，现在除了自己架设local SS之外，还有什么方法可以用GV

不限时拨打美国国内电话？？

请高手指教。。。
