take all 3 working HD off, only connect the damaged one, try to install a windows onto it, dont forget to format it.

or ,if you are an expert, use some CD to boot the PC , low format the HD, there are alot of such software to fix the HD. try them.

if it's back to work, try to connect the damaged one back with the other 3.

but I dont suggest you connect 4 at same time unless you got enough power from PS with a good mother board.
