The difference would be minimum, if any. Actually there should be no significant difference between 2mS to, say, 20mS!

Someone claim they can see ghost in fast action scenes. But the major complain should come from Gamers, and those serious gamers.

For videos, such as soap operas, none what-so-ever. Find the cheapest brand name, and forget about the mS "difference".

Further notice: traditionally speaking, fast response LCD has poorer color because of the LCD panel property. If you see a 2mS with viewable angle not 178 to 178 degree, you know you are looking for a 2nd, 3rd tier products. If you care about color, don't look for mS.
