my computer has been hacked?

I tried to start postgreSQL today but I can not started it and error message said "error 1069, the service did not start due to logon failture". It is strange because I never change any use profile. My os is windows 2000 professional.

I right clicked "my computer" icon and choose the property.On "system properties",I clicked "users profiles", I saw two user profiles. The "modified" is 08/13/07. A few hours later I check the "modified" again, it changed to 08/23/07. But I never changed the profiles. Is my compute hacked???? Thanks
