Do i have to reinstall the WinXP?

最近我的电脑中了Spyware，每次启动后又自行再启动，就这样周而复始，没完没了。想晴问高手除了丛

新安裝WinXP外还有别的办法吗？因电脑里有很朵Baby的照片还没有备份，晴高手幫忙，谢谢!
