求助：XP SP1 部分功能不能用

我的WIN XP SP1一值工作的挺好，但今天发现由几个系统功能不能用了。当运行defragment时显示：MMC can not open file C:winntsystem32dfrg.msc.This may be becasue the file no exists, is not a MMC console, or created by a later verson of MMC...
我肯定我用的是XP SP1, 而且defragment一直都好用的。另外windos update也不工作了。不知M$是否更该了什么。各位大侠可有类似的经验。谢谢。
