Chemical Engineering - which school?

A Chinese student wants to make her decision which univerisity she should go: University of Pennsylvania, Michigan University, and Princeton University.She asked me to post this question for her. She has got fellowship from all these three universities. She will appreciate all the suggestions, comments, and feedback.
