relocating after filing N400

My job and permanent addrees are in North California.  But I'll take a year off starting in Aug. and I plan to move to South California in Aug.  If I file N400 North California with my permanent address, do I have to return to North California for the test and the ceremony?  Alternatively, can I file in South California with my temporary address there?
