Right now I try fill N400 form. I have a question to ask. Three years ago, I worked in a private company, after a year, the company change name. I got two W-2 form .one was old name company, one was new name company.For this situation, when I fill N400 form page 3 employer name lastes five years, do I need to put two names, one  old name ,one new name. ? If somebody know please give suggestion . thanks
