I've used these pans for a few weeks and so far no problems; they perform as expected. HOWEVER, the written warranty appears to be replaced by an arbitration insert using an arbitrator of their choosing. By law, you must be given the right to opt out of any such agreement but Tri Star makes it difficult to do so, requiring a lot of information they already have and refusing to acknowledge your rights as a consumer. Makes me wonder what they are hiding. In any case, attaching an arbitration requirement to a sales contract after the fact is not good business (also probably not legal) and Amazon should require its vendors to notify potential customers about such terms upfront, since these are an important part of the purchase decision.
