中医与汗

阴汗亡阴、阳汗亡阳。

五脏汗乃肝肾心肺脾，

六经汗乃三阳三阴。

上中下、背胸头脐腰胫足手颈

腹皆分阴阳。

故明阴阳汗，则知补泻。

譬如跑步出汗、阴汗亡阴；

冷、寒之水中游泳出汗、阳汗亡阳。

手足温身出汗、阴汗亡阴；

手足厥冷身出汗、阳汗亡阳。

汗即血，故汗出血病传皮肤脉肉筋骨，

骨伤则肾伤，肾伤则生不全。

脉伤则心伤，心伤则长不大。

故上医治皮毛，见汗出即补泻阴阳，

寿可保也。
