今天的午饭. 刚做的. 水煮鱼片.

湾区的中餐馆, 是个鱼片就是用龙利鱼或鲶鱼, 好做是好做多了, 不容易碎, 但口感不行啊. 要用青鱼片, 甚至是鲈鱼片做, 那才叫功夫呢!~




碗底垫的是波菜, 平时做水煮什么, 我是用豆苗垫底的. 虽然我非常不喜欢吃波菜, 更不会主动去买波菜, 但这些是前些天朋友来我家吃火锅多出来的, 我不喜欢浪费, 就用掉它吧.
