你对，我在英文理解上有问题

IRS说，child support payments are not considered taxable income, according to the IRS. Child support payments are neither deductible by the payer nor taxable to the payee。我以前的理解就是跟税一点儿关系没有。 现在想想，这句话正确的理解应该是付child support的一方不应该用于抵税，而接受child support的一方，是不用付税的意思。
