想了解一下大家工作的单位的 STD 是什么情况

如果一个公司的 STD 是 :100% base salary, up to 6 months maximum, policy automatically enrolled without any contribution by the employee.  这种情况是算非常好的， 还是说很多公司都是这种情况？

上面的是工作三年以上的员工， 不到三年的是 70 % base salary。
