B is a good team player When he has questions, he has always been proacitve to reach out to colleagues who has more experience for opnition and advice. and once he has a good understanding of the situation and possible solution, he will take the project from initiation to completion (不懂你们的东西。你可以改一下）

Although B has some room to improve in XXX area, I do enjoy working with him as he is a quick learner and very collaborative colleague to be on the team.
