HR邮件，请问斜线部分是撒意思？看了好几遍，另问下Asian多的部门有啥说吗

斜线部分怎么理解？

紧接着上边HR信，收到了用人部门Director面试ZOOM邀请，Director和三个manager都在。我到网上LinkedIn看了下他们履历，分别是越南，日本，香港和泰国人，整个一个小亚洲 LOL

现在部门内部族裔比较balanced，心里略有不知如何应对的感觉
