There are many things you can do

If your personality does not like stagnent enviroment, there are many things you can do to change it

- Are you the best performer in your group? are you creative and innovative on developing better methodology and tools for current group? If no to these questions, you have things more than just boring tasks to do. Step out of your confort zone, and humbly offer help and ask for more opputunities.

- Four job interviews are not a lot. Keep searching. There are many reasons behind the scene for candidate selection. If you rewind the interview and truely believe that there was nothing that you wish you would have done it differetly, let it go. 

- Do you recall when you interviewed for current job, was it clearly indicated this position has limited interaction with other groups?

- And, there are many other things you can do to make yourself happy outside of the 8-hour working time.
