She has insecurities and

 

is jealous of you because you are outside of her expectation.  Her negative energy now has a focus (maybe because you are the only other woman in the office.)  She desperately wants to think less of you in order to alleviate that inner anguish.

Next time, you may say: "Hm, that's a toughy."  Then keep asking her questions, e.g., "Do we know x (a parameter before the question can be answered)?" but nerver mention the answer.

Or, you can go to her to ask her questions...

 

(Russia or the former Soviet Union was a tough landscape to grow up in.  Maybe some empathy is in order here, given that your own career is not hurt in anyway because of her antics.)
