...the exclamation point at the end of the article heading is unnecessary, if not alright inappropriate.  A good writer needs to be a good listener to one's inner voice.  Many things are subtle, and don't always clearly fall on either side of a well-demarcated line.  Yet, with practice and experience, one picks up subtleties like what occasions truly call for a sparingly-sprinkled exclamation point.

With that said, best wishes for everything, including your management aspirations.
