在招人时

如果申请人有一段gap， 你们会找背景调查公司，把这段彻底调查清楚吗？

因为我有个三个星期的工作（试用期）没写在简历上， 我担心新公司会去调查。 现在有这样的网络能把申请人所有的工作经历都列在上面供雇主调查吗？

我申请的是普通公司
