退休或是继续找工作？

五十四了，最近被layoff, 干了十二年，发一年pay, 接下来还可ei近十月，到时就快56了。

不找吧，还要等近十年才能拿养老金。找吧也不易。有了三次会面，都未果。对自己信心更低了。可能别人见岁数大了，或英文交流不强？搞itsupport的。想听听大家的意见。这周还有个会面，对自己没信心
