说实在的。在国外自己单打拼搏惯了。国内的情商国外老白不吃那套搞得自己也不会来事了。以为都是靠公事公办来找工的。这些年下来也确实那样找到了。国外呆时间长了。情商越发低了。
两年前我有一次到一个中国成功大企业找工作的经历。那是个刚到国外开的公司部门整个部门都是华人。我知道好几个我的 前白人同事都在那个 公司里找到职位了。我信心满满，觉得我既有工作经历，技术。又有语言优势。肯定有希望。First interview was past. I was Almost there. Just that I did not relealize I need to send any gift to the hiring manager ( the guy who was handling the whole process). I am not used to send gift to ask for a job position at that moment I think. Finally I did not get that position. This force me to change my carrer - I went to another country find another field of job. Looking back, I think if I was smart enough that I sent him a lot of gifts maybe I would get that communication company's position.
