why is 攻防战? why not create a win-win situation?

I really appreciate Xiache could spend time and energy on sharing the useful thoughts and experiences , which we don't see much here. However, The tone and mentality  from this article are skeptic in my mind.    why not create a win-win situation in office?

If U could touch-up thearticle  with more positive win-win concept  , more people will enjoy and benefit from your warm heart. 

 

I don't mean I am agiler or more skillful than you. Actually, it is the opposite way. Above is just my instant feeling.
