如何处理同事的抢功行为

经常有老黄牛抱怨自己做的活被其他老印(非种族歧视, 但老印居多, 其他种族当然也有)拿去表功。

一般都是, 抢功者发email 给相关领导和同事, 介绍新的功能, 显得他们似乎是做事者。

如果你受到这样的email, 最简单的应对就是reply to all :

Thanks for xxx for the detailed information about the new function. I was too busy developing the function and didn't have time to document it yet. Anyway, if you have any question about the new function, please let me know and I'll be very happy to help you.
