HELP: Need your help to comment on Manager's evaluation！

年终总结，在improvement section, 老板给了我这个:

Areas of improvement -    acknowledging alternate viewpoints without coming across as dismissive, know when to accept alternative solution without always having to prove himself right

我们还有一个SECTION， 是employee comment, 可以comment on 老板的Evalution. 我对这个“Improvement”不是很能接受，主要是以下几点。 小弟英文不是很好，如果哪位能够帮我整理成英文，不胜感激！

1.  他说的情况，只发生过几次，大概只有2 次。小弟认为，这样的次数不足以写在年终review里。我不是他说的那种人， 我不是ALWAYS 这样的。我是open， 能接受不同意见的人。
2.  我这样做是有原因的。有一次是因为我们花了不少时间在discuss/argue about something I think we could not do, or if we do, then there was no point to do that. 第二天，他们做了后，他们觉得结果是not expected. 在这种情况下，我只是想证明我昨天说的point。

3.  这里有些人，张嘴就说话，很多point 结果证明都是错的。照道理，这样的人的credits 会受到影响，遗憾的是，好像没有人在意。我不太认同这样的风气。我不想lose我的credit / reputation。 那两次发生的事情，我是想说明，我不是想那些人那样。

听起来，好像有点复杂。有人能帮助我吗？
