这算是在他头头面前把他的责任推得一干二净吗？ 我的确要担责任，但是他也脱不了干系。比如说，我经常跟他讲要不要focus on big picture, 现在不需要把细节的东西弄得太好，等有空了再来弄，先确保我们能够deliver大的东西。他不听，非觉得以后再回来弄要浪费更多时间，现在一起先弄弄好。现在到好，miss deadline了，什么都交不出去，在他头头面前嫌我做慢， 你不在那里指手画脚，非要我按你一拍脑门出来的想法做，我不至于这么慢。
