更多的时候，是你没有项目而走人。以下是我的两分钱

1. 正式工是产品的拥有者，自然在合同工掉链子时必须顶上。反之，合同工干完就走人，自然不会过于上心

2. 正式工完全可以辞职去做合同工。但合同工必须适应1、2年就换工作的情况，必须工作在哪里，人就要在那里。如你所说，“远一点的不去，保密程度高的不去，要旅行的不去，要降工资的不去”，那不可能去做合同工的。

3. 职场上有太多的不公，关键你怎么看，和怎么调整自己，从中获利。我自己就是职场不公的受害者，部分像你，也是“远一点的不去，要旅行的不去”，所以不愿意辞职找新工作，所以我开辟第二战场，6、7年前开始了房地产投资。职场官大官小钱多钱少都是浮云，最终决定的标准是你口袋里有多少钱。而有太多的钱在空中飘荡，就看你有什么方式去跳起来把它们捞进你的口袋。
