收入增加了，但是很疑惑。

每年我都会和老板谈一次薪水。今年老板很忙，没有在往常的时间和我谈。我也算是公司年头久的员工，加之那段时间私事很多，就想着等等再找机会和老板谈。

后来一天拿到一张分红的支票。金额是往年数字的翻倍。数字比我期望的薪水增长+分红还多。老公就说管它什么，总之收入增加，还超过预期，就不用管了。所以我也就没有再找老板面谈。目前薪水水平和去年一样。

虽然不和老板谈，但是心里老不踏实。到明年再谈薪水，即使薪水比现在涨了，如果分红少下来，不一定有今年多呢，我就挺吃亏的。大家怎么看这事？
