我们不能保证自己的每一个老板都一定会对自己好，但人是自私的且老板不是笨蛋

如果他觉得1）我的存在对他的工作很有帮助 2）他很难在市场上再找到我这么能帮他解决问题的人 3）凭我的qualification到外面找一份同等的或更高薪的工作轻而易举。这种情况下你认为老板会刻意让我不高兴吗？ 多数聪明的老板不会，少数老板会，我碰到过俩个，但解觉方式很简单，不是吗。
