关于follow up的问题

两个星期前，hiring manager 电话面试，第二天公司的recruiter跟我说feedback is positive，但是因为面试才刚刚开始，他们还要看看其他的candidates， 所以目前没有决定下一步到底怎么做。

我想问一下大家，已经两个星期了，是不是要发一个follow up 邮件？这个邮件是发给hiring manager 还是 recruiter？ 谢谢！
