新老板在想什么

两个月前刚刚换了新工作，直接领导（她）是一位group lead，只有我一个兵，但我们都report给同一位director。我们的工作关系是她指挥，我做具体工作，自我感觉还处得不错。前几天和大组里其他同事聊天时，知道她圣诞新年期间会去滑雪度假。但今天她却对我说那期间她会work from home，完全不提度假的事。麻烦大家帮我分析分析这是什么情况。
