帮家人问：怎样重新回到IT领域

女，35，计算机硕士毕业4年，无工作经验，编程语言和计算机技术都忘的差不多了，想开始找计算机方面的工作。

请问，她在开始找工作之前应该自学哪些编程语言和计算机技术，（C，算法，C++）？ 应该准备多久再找工作？
计算机哪个领域的工作更适合年龄大的人？
