My 2 cents: if you are young(35 or younger),

It might be better you stay a while. It is quite an experience that you will benefit a lot in the future. Be patient, be professional and fight back tactically, your career will have a big step forward. Imagine when you are a manager to supervise a lot of people, you will have a lot of tougher and stranger situations to handle.

Be confident, you would already know your coworkers are less intelligent than you, if you keep calm and give it a 3 ~ 5 minutes thought before your every move(MOU2 DING4 ER2 HOU4 DONG4), you can easily defeat them. If most time they lose and be hurt, they will challenge you less and less and eventually they will be afraid of you, and at a point they will come to flatter you so that you won't hurt them.
