辞职还是请假 h1请 无薪长假可以吗。

老公去年递交了 140， 但是要想递交485 不知还要等到猴年马月。 

正好有个国内的好offer, 机会也是的确难得，于是约定回国工作。 

我的意思是最好先请假，真的确实了，再辞职。

可老公觉得没必要，直接辞职好。他觉得请假不去，这样做事不地道。 

我俩争执不下，他说我不懂职场规矩，我觉得他冒进。
