为什么不把握现在可以要到的升迁，而寄希望于虚幻的将来升迁呢?

美国人不是说：A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush 吗？

职场不是学雷锋的地方，该要的一定得要，何况是人家主动请她回去。什么都不要，等回去后，老板换了，你找谁要去啊？？？
