Gotta be in English, more natural to make the points:

I think you missed several things:

1. The lead (big or small) is responsible for other people's performance -- you have to make other people work in the right way, so that they can perform their job. It looks like you just did somebody's work, which is completely wrong -- he is hired and paid to do his work, if he does not perform, has no point to stay there.

2. You should have taken action much earlier, instead of let it go for a long time, then you take action which even makes everybody surprised. This is poor expectation management. Rather, you should tell clearly much earlier: This is what I expect from you, and this is the way I will evaluate your performance -- if he cannot accept it, go!

3. You take it personal, which is not good for a lead -- it's just business, nothing personal, he is paid to be there, and you too.
