team work 在美国非常重要。  If you are not considered as a team player, you will be in trouble.

你的做法不 professional,  you are withholding information.


最近的手段是，尽其所能的和周围的人联系，想要孤立我。
---可以看出， 她不会给你好果子。



我不会选择离开，大家帮忙看看我应该怎么应对。我还是希望能和她有健康的工作关系，但是不希望她动我的东西
