我当年也从银行因为和你同样的原因跳到公司。面试时被问和你同样问题，我是这样答的：
我喜欢我工作的银行，喜欢我的老板，跟他学到了很多东西。我热爱我的团队，喜爱团队中每一个人。唯一的让我想离开的原因是我的工作时间，是12点到9点。我有小孩，我希望能有时间看到我的小孩。

我拿到了那份工作。my 2 cents: you got to be sincere with your leaving reason, but you can not disclose the real reason (pressure). And you should compliment your manager your team indicating you get along well with the manager and team.希望能对你有帮助
