怎样才能获得Visibility?

进入这公司2年。工作由一个Senior Engineer (lead) 分配的。每次项目进展和汇报，都是这个Senior Engineer拿我的结果向各个组汇报。其他组的人都不知道是我在做这些项目。

因为Senior Engineer完全把我埋起来了，别人不知道我的PERFORMANCE和EFFORT，我年终REVIEW现在全是Senior Engineer说的算。

在这种情况下，怎样才能获得Visibility?
