该去政府部门还是accounting firm

找工作三个月，终于来了offer,找工作三个月，终于来了，一来还两个。一个是市政府高级会计，一个是当地accounting firm (200 employees) auditor. 
一直是在企业干活，不知道这两个差别到底有多大，特地请教各位大虾。

目前知道的是，后者要出差10-13 周/每年，忙时要加班，（每周60小时最多），工资高20%，学习机会多。
政府部门轻松，但估计进去后就难再跳了，升职也难。 现在是在小地方，还梦想去大城市，但有三孩，最小的两岁多，总希望家庭工作都能顾，犹豫中。
