I m earning more than my colleague who is 10 yrs elder than me. And we are the same title and doing almost same level of job .
If she got to see my payslip, she will be upset too .

But my arguement is that , company employed me at that value based on my previous estimated value( previous salary ) .
My colleague should not have anything to be unhappy with me and boss either .就好像， 去年人家买了房子30万， 今年你买了同样的房子，最低了，好不容易才买到的，40万，你很开心。结果买了。问了邻居才知道他去年买了才30，于是你很难过~~~

其实就是房子涨价了嘛~~~~自己买到自己开心就最好了。去年的别人买的就不要
