1。要在downtown上班。有两孩子现在上小学，一个一年后要去中学。请问住哪个区安全，学校不错，还可以让我不要跑太远去上班？

2。想先租公寓半年后就买房，学校和上班距离是重要考虑因素，希望一次把学区和住区搞定。建议？
