Qualifications:
7 years experience with following skills:
Eclipse
J2EE
OSB
SDK
WebLogic
WSDL
XML
XML Schema

Knowledge of Web technology and standards such as Web Portal, MVC - Knowledge of Web and web service security such as SAML, SiteMinder, 2-way SSL, HTTP Basic Auth, WSSE - Knowledge of Web service and standards such as XSD Schema, SOAP, WSDL, XML - Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) strategies and integration - Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, JMS - Understanding of the Middleware platforms such as WebLogic or equivalent - Experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB) based integration is plus - Experience of Weblogic Portal development - Experience of configuring security policy for web service - Experience with Web Services design and development (both consumer and provider) - Knowledge of application development SDLC, processes, and tools - Ability to infer system requirements from business requirements - Strong communication and technical documentation skills
