哪个选择更好？

一周内拿了3个OFFER， 意外的自己都迷茫了。

剩了两个，左右为难，请各位大虾指点： 

1。 大公司，新岗位，很多培训，会需要去中国出差，职位上涨空间没有，薪水上涨空间有，福利待遇好，工作会有CHALLENGE，直线领导is a middle age nice lady, single 

2。 小公司，效益好，行业门槛高，职位没所谓， 薪水上涨空间很好，离家近，自由，工作容易上手，福利待遇只提供医保， 假期没有细节规定，比较Flexible, 直线领导即老板，友好，极其努力工作，行业经验丰富的老头

1 的起薪比2高10k.
